Re: Unable to run BitPim in WIndows 7; MSVCP71.dll error

I agree with you that the entire Visual C++ package is unnecessary bloat 
and that those capable of installing and registering just the files they 
need should do so, but do not blame the developers for not including 
them.  These are Microsoft library files that they are legally not 
allowed to distribute.
