Contact list problem

Having a problem retrieving the contact list from a Samsung U740.

Have used this setup in the past on a different computer and don't remember having any problems. All the other items like call history and SMS come in just fine but the contact / phonebook is empty.

Using the latest version of BitPim 1.0.7 on Win XP and factory data cable, even deleted the program and re-installed.

I'm new to the forum so i hope I can figure out how to check the responses.
