LG Env3 - Mounting filesystem to Undelete

I accidentally deleted some pictures of my LG Env3 (off the phone 
memory, not the MicroSD card) and want to know if I can mount the 
filesystem as a drive or directory in Windows Vista (or any other 
version of Windows).  I can see the filesystem via USB in BitPim, but 
can see no way to browse it outside of BitPim. 

Of course, I have no idea whether using an undelete program would work 
even if I was able to mount the filesystem... but it's worth a shot.  :)
