LG EnV Touch and BitPim problem.

I have a particularly horrible situation. I have a LG EnV Touch and I was trying 
to use BitPim to put in new a UI (ex. menu.) When I went to send the data back 
to my phone, I clicked "replace" instead of "add" by mistake. All of my (about 
287) pictures are now deleted. They were all on my MicroSD card. I wanted to 
know if there was any way of getting them back. ANY help will be greatly 
appreciated. Thank you very much.
