Telus Samsung SCH-u450 Support

Dear Sirs:

As a  new owner of a Telus Samsung SCH-u450 Intensity I was very disappointed to 
find out that Telus did not provide an easy way to support custom ringtones on 
this phone.  This disappointment turned to joy when an internet search resulted 
in the discovery of Bitpim.  I could not wait to download the current version of 
this terrific program but alas I was once again disappointed when I discovered 
that the program did not currently support the Telus Samsung SCH-u450 Intensity. 
I just want to convey my thanks for all your efforts in the development of 
Bitpim and hope that myself and my fellow Canadians who have purchased this 
phone will soon be able to tell others in Canada about this great software 
application that supports our phone.
