Windows driver for Samsung SPH-M560 "Reclaim"?

Does anyone know where I can find a USB driver for the Samsung SPH-M560? The driver that worked for the SPH-M300 does not see the new phone. “Samsung Mobile Modem” shows as a Hidden Device in WinXP Device Manager.

Or --- is the issue that tethering is blocked on this phone?

Anyone know?
