An error and failure while getting phonebook from phone--LG VX9200, on a
Macbook, OS X 10.6, using the USB cable that came with the phone.

This is caused by an entry with a blank name field but a number in a number
field.
After removing entries with blank names, the retrieval works.

This error generated after putting back in a new blank entry.
Bug report attached.
