BitPim wont open

Hi, I installed BitPim and when I try to open it, it gives me the message ''This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll as not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem''. Ive reinstalled it many times, but to no avail. This message still comes up. I have downloaded it from SourceForge, and it is the newest version. Any help would be greatly appreciated
