dragonslayer, I've had a lot of problems using BitPim with my Verizon LG VX-9200 (env3), which may be a similar phone. I've settled on using version 1.07.20091103 - Test, as it seems to work best. I was using LGUSBModemDriver_WHQL_Eng_Ver_4.8.1, but I doubt that makes much difference. I'd recommend attempting to read one type of data at a time, to isolate the problem. From your log it looks like it is the address book (contacts) that is giving you trouble. You may have to eschew the use of contact groups and other capabilities which go beyond what Bitpim understands. Most of my purpose in using BitPim was to load my new env3 with contacts saved from my older phone, so I didn't test the reading part too much. -- Shal At 03:36 PM 2/14/2011, you wrote: >I am running Windows XP on a very stable system.
