help getting BitPim to talk to ic902

BitPim v 1.0.7 official
OS: Win XP SP3
Phone: Motorola/NEXTEL ic902
Cable: USB

Got connected on COM4, but even though I have configured "Other CDMA Phone",
it still does not detect.  When I choose "detect phone" it tries all
variations, and each detect attempt looks like this (esn redacted):

Does anyone know of a def for the ic902, or am I just missing the way to
tell it to connect, etc.?
