Motorola V3C

Analyzing a Verizon Motorola V3C using BitPim.  I can retrieve the phone
book entries but not the call logs and the SMS.  I can verify that the phone
has those but BitPim cannot retrieve those data.  I look at the
/nvm/seem/syn_messages and it contains several of the messages but not all
that I can see on the phone itself.  Anyone had this problem before?  Any
help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
