LG VX9400 and YouTube video

To the BitPim Support Team, I have a weird question.... I learned about BitPim from a YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-i5yay31qc In said video, he downloads what looks like '1.0.5 Official Version'; and I think I see it working with the LG VX9400. I downloaded and installed 'BitPim 1.0.7 Official Version'. The problem is that BitPim does not work for me with the VX9400. It starts to work, but no information is gleaned. This is the weird part: The VX9400 is listed in the online help: BitPim Online Help built 17 January 2010 ....as one of the 'phones that the Developers want'. VX9400 is not listed as a supported phone in the BitPim documentation for version 1.0.7. What's going on????
