Help- LG-VX1000 Voyager exception error

I have the latest version of software downloaded direct from BitPim. The pr=
ogram recognizes my phone with no problem, I am just trying to "Get Data fr=
om Phone". I have downloaded to it twice before. I have tried rebooting my =
pc, re-downloaded software, turned phone off and on, tried different usb pl=
