Update: Kannel Developers Conference in Hong Kong, 7-9 September 2000

Wapit Ltd. has reserved a block of 50 rooms from the South
Pacific Hotel for conference participants from 6 - 10
September 2000.

In contradiction to previous information we have managed to
extend the reservation of the hotel rooms and you can now
reserve rooms until 27.8. You must mention that you are
participating in the Kannel Developers Conference hosted by
Wapit Ltd. See http://www.kannel.org/meeting.shtml for more
detailed information about the hotel reservations.

Although there are already over 30 participants planning
on attending the Kannel meeting, there haven't been enough
interest in the planned social event on the evening of 8th
September, and we will therefore cancel the event. If there
is still interest we will arrange a dinner at some suitable
restaurant the same evening.

There are still a few seats left in the Kannel conference
and we would appreciate if people who are planning on
attending and haven't registered yet, would do this before
25.8 through the Kannel registration page:
