New Kannel mailing lists: org and marketing

I have created the following mailing lists:

[email protected]
	
	Discussion about forming a legal body to take over
	Kannel copyrights and trademarks and to act as the
	forum via which the various companies involved in
	Kannel development can communicate. The organization
	will not dictate actual development, that belongs to
	the [email protected] mailing list.

[email protected]

	Discussion about how to promote Kannel to raise its profile among
	customers (operators, content providers, and others interested in
	gateways), developers (to attract more developers to the project),
	and generally among the wireless community. Discussion will also
	include developing Kannel as an independent organizational entity.

[email protected] was actually created in September, but hasn't been
announced yet, except for the meeting notes from Hong Kong.
