Issue Regarding Sending LF In Kannel SMS Gateway-1.4.0

Hi , I am facing problem in sending SMS with LF through Kannel Gateway-1.4.0 . I am sending the hex value of LF i,e %0A in SMS. In push scenario its working fine and I am able to get the actual result in mobile handset.But in push againest pull scenario %0A is not working. In this case Gateway pulls SMS using a short code and keyword . Then Gateway invoke URL and send http request to application server using that keyword. The application server reponses a message with %0A to the Gateway. But Gateway could not able to handle it and the mobile handset getting the SMS without LF.
