New bug-tracking system for Kannel

We have set up a bug-tracking system for Kannel, using Jitterbug.
It is accessible at http://www.kannel.org/bugs/, and new bugs can be
submitted from the Web interface or by mailing to [email protected].

From the public pages, you can look through the existing bugreports and
submit new ones.  You will need a Jitterbug account to manipulate bugreports
in other ways.  These will be given on the same grounds as CVS accounts, so
if you already have a CVS account, you can simply ask [email protected]
for instructions.
