Siemens S45 certainly does unconfirmed and confirmed.

The Nokia 8310 I have does not announce either Push or Confirmed Push
capability. It also doesn't send Accept headers for any of the push types
(SI, SL, CO, etc).

The Trium Eclipse announces Push capability but no suitable Accept
headers. I have sent unconfirmed SIc to it via SMS but it didn't do
anything.
