Have you tested it Kannel ? It would be nice to have a full list of
phones
Kannel will support.

Well, it does have a box for Service Indications;) Btw, phone supporting
push
should *not* send any Accept-headers. Instead it should do capability
advertis-
ing, saving a few bytes. See WAP-230-WSP-20010705-a.pdf, chapter 6.3.2.
