Problem with incoming sms

I've a silly problem with incomming message from D2!

D2 sends a SMS for information regardig your account or news, normally.
The problems is "no service" is specified for this message, so that kannel
cannot receive more incoming SMS (queueing  perhaps ?) it seems that kannel
cannot handle it.
Has anybody a solution ??
