WTLS implementation status (restrictions of RSA) ?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me something about the WTLS implementation status,
because we want to migrate our WAP functionallty to WTLS.

I didn't find anything in the list about the last status !

Is is possible to use openssl for WTLS?
Are there any restrictions regarding RSA encryption?
Which type of encryption does kannel support?
Which cellular phones are supported?
How can I configure Kannel for WTLS?
