[BUG] Bearerbox don't detect smsbox's dead

Bearerbox don't detect when smsbox quits (with -TERM or -KILL or PANIC) and therefor
bearerbox thread count grows.

I had a bug in smsbox that makes it crash and restart, and after a while, 
I had 300 bearerbox threads. Then I've connected to the internet and fixed the bug
and restarted everything.

Any idea of how heartbeat works and why bearerbox's threads don't die ?
