Yep, that's exactly my point.

We should NOT detect this convert in ./configure, and I'm asking for someone that
knows autoconf/automake/m4/configure/that "thing" to change it :)

(fortunatly I don't have anything to compile the documentation - jade, dsssl, etc, or
it could be funny to have the alligata png's converted "from fat32 to ntfs" hihihiih)

  I'm not sure which convert you are refering to , but the convert found in %WINDIR%/system32 converts from FAT32 file system to NTFS file system, which I don't think is what you're looking for :-)
