A message could have 160 chars if one message, and 153 chars each message if more than one, because concatenation header occupies 6 bytes %00%03%00%01%02 and it remains 134 bytes to use, 134 of 8 bit data or 134 * 8 / 7 = 153,1428.. = 153 7-bit chars.
