I must make a proposition today regarding Kannel > scalability. Sorry for the effort :-) Hope that helps. BTW, Kannel is programmed using POSIX threads, so it's blaising speed. Think of MySQL as a very fast SQL Server. Kannel may be compared to that, IMO.
