[BUG] varargs on PowerPC and S390

Around ½ a year ago I sent a bug in the octstr.c file that made kannel
not work on PowerPC and S390 platforms. I just checked the latest
snapshot and it's not fixed yet.

I've attached a file containing the correction for development version
1.1.5, could you add this to the new release?
