RE: DLR with virtual SMSC (Nokia 7110)

I implemented the SMSC_* type delivery reports (ACK/NACK) for smsc_at2,
as I needed that at work, so the application can tell if the modem
successfuly sent the message or did it fail (this is pretty much a must
for high-speed reliable sending through GSM modems). I didnot follow
this through, as that was enough for what I needed, and I don't
currently have enough time to do a full DLR imeplementation. 
If anyone interested, I can send a patch (it's pretty simple actually).

An interseting note - with a particular provider, sometimes the modem
reports that the message was not sent (Kannel tried 3 times and got an
error message everytime), but the message _is_ sent to the network. this
happens regardless of modem type or sim card - for that particular
provider. very interesting...
