Question on sending push messages to Nokia Toolkit

Hi,

Currently I'm evaluating Kannel v1.1.6. I'm trying to send push message to Nokia Toolkit
while using this pap file:

Do I need any special configuration for CSD bearer to be present in pushkannel.conf
(which is used to start bearerbox/wapbox)? Why client address is illegal?
