[RC] XML-RPC implementation

I'm working on the XML-RPC files of Kannel and wonder how we are going
to utilize the protocoll in Kannel's boxes and the single method
calls.

Basically there are two way:

  * adding XMP-RPC related URIs to existing HTTP servers and route the
request ot XML-RPC related processing inside a box, hence routines
will be duplicated accross the boxes.

  * adding an own XML-RPC HTTP server thread to bearerbox(?!) and
processing any kind of XML-RPC method call request there.

Any comments or suggestions?!
