Your scripts are incomplete as the included files are not in the script.
I've made something similar which is on 
http://www.smsrelay.com/developers/php/f_index.html. its free. It 
does only support Nokia formats and the pictures have to be in OTB 
format.
The output was destinated for the use of SMSRelay but as its 
interface is 99.9% compatible to kannel, it doesnt matter (the only 
difference is that there is a more useful output than simply "Sent.")
