Unicode Kannel - almost there

Hi,

fellow developers. After weeks of hard negotiations, we have finally got
our copy of Unicode Kannel. However, we have not got rights to release
it to public yet, because some people representing Kannel Foundation
have also expressed their interest of some parts of Kannel to the
lawyers of the Wapit's bancrupt's estate. So, we have to wait for those
negotiations to end before you too can enjoy the Unicode Kannel. But I
am hopeful and I believe it's just matter of time to get that version of
Kannel released under same Free Software license as already published
versions.

I will inform you when we proceed further.
