RE: SMPP error code (0x00000069)

A word of warning - some of the error codes kannel SMPP emits are in decimal
rather than the hexadecimal they appear to be. I submitted a patch a couple
of weeks ago to fix the 3 lines that are wrong, but it hasn't made it into
CVS.
