BTW, that's why I introduced 'force-sar' configuration directive. It's basicly a kludge to act "non-protocoll-conform" as the T68 does it itself. So if the T68 requests SAR, kannel answers in non-SAR more instead of telling the phone to fall-back and then it basicly keeps the connection up.
