ERROR: System error 24: Too many open files

Hi ALL,

I am using Kannel Development Release version 1.1.6 on Redhat 6.2 compiled 
using native malloc ,after running few hours smsbox crashed when i checked 
smsbox.log follwing are the errors. Is it related to increasing Inodes 
etc..... OR ???????????
