wtls and kannel from cvs

Hi!

I would really like to use wtls enabled kannel. I downloaded the version
from cvs which seems to have this included, but there is no way I can
build it.
I am using Debian unstable (sid) which offers me two openssl packages:
libssl0.9.6 0.9.6c-2 and libssl09 0.9.4-6.
The problem with the two is the first is newer, but does not include
rc5.h any more - so wtls building does not work, but if I use the second
one it still does not build, compilation exits with the following error:

Can anyone please help me with this issue?
