HTTPS server cipher problem

Hi list.

I'm having a bit of trouble with the http_open_port when SSL is enabled.
SSL setup in conn.c sets the SSL methos as SSLv23_method, but still -
trying to connect to an HTTPS port with an SSLv2 only client results in
the following error :

Could any one give me any pointer for this, please ?
