RE: [BUG] smsc_at2.c: sending a one character message via Siemens M20 fails

I don't know why - but the size of the message reported it not correct :
kannel said to the modem it will send a PDU 15 bytes long and then sent
a 16 bytes long PDU. I'll go brush up on my PDU reading skills and get
back to you on this.
