Question on wap_push_ppg_user.c/prefix_allowed ()

This function includes the code;

    sure = octstr_imm("+358");
    sure_len = octstr_len(sure);
    gw_assert(octstr_ncompare(number, sure, sure_len) == 0);

This looks suspiciously like a hard-coded test - can it be removed
or amended ?
