In general this has to be done using WAP 1.2 Push messages of type SI
(session indication) or SL (session loading) through a PPG request.

WAP 1.2 capable phones are at least Ericsson R520m, T68 and Nokia
7650, 7210.

Normal phones don't interpret "normal" text SMS messages for URLs, so
there is usually no build in mechanism to say "ok load this page".
Exception is the Ericsson phone line, which supports this behaviour
for R520 and T68.
