RE: Kannel v's Message Master XP

While I have not used MessageMaster XSP, but from looking at the product
specifications, I can offer my not so informed opinion :
 
Pros:
better application connectiviy : can use ODBC, SMTP/POP3, LDAP and
COM/ActiveX in addition to what Kannel has to offer.
may have better techincal support :being a commercial product it may
have better technical support then any open source project
 
Cons:
its an SMS gateway only - no WAP and nothing about MMS
it only runs on MS-Windows (major con).

Newcomer looking to setup a SMSc solution for bulk SMS, 2way, Wap, ...
and would greatly appreciate some opinions.
