Problem still persist while installing gateway

Hi,

I have tried to install the gnome libxml2, after
configure and make/compile, it produces some error
message saying that; "cannot link shared libraries
into libtool libraries". Does anyone knows how to
handle this problem with the gnome-xml library
problem? If I don't compile this new version, it gives
me "children" data structure error at the
ota_compiler.o. Need help urgently, I am really lost
here, please help.
