May we set malloc=native and localtime=enabled per default in 
configure ?

I do already have the patch waiting for it.

That way, kannel would be ready for production and if some
error occurs, we should manually compile it with 
--with-defaults=debug

Of course if we have a stable and a development branch ;), 
we'll default stable to "speed" and development to "debug"
