RE: Windows 2000 Kannel 1.1.6 port

Cygwin comes with egcs, which contains the gcc compiler. make sure you have it installed, as the cygwin installer allows you to chose whether to install each software package, and maybe in some predefined setup situation it does not install it by default. to be on the safe side - install everything.
