Yep, I think 1.3.11-3 did the trick, it seems to work now. What tools are you guys using to start/stop kannel in windows? My experience with cygrunsrv was not too positive, are there any other tools like this that you can recommend? I haven't tried it yet, but maybe you can do and report the list if this fixes the cygwin related problems?!
