Tokenization is within the scope of the MMS server. The MMS Server may be a bundled with the MMS proxy (= Kannel's WAP gateway) but is not a must. Currently there are no volonteer to implement an MMS server itself. My suggestion is to use publicly available Java libs from Nokia or to implement it via PHP. This may be a long term TODO for the Kannel project if volonteers can be acredicted.
