[FYI] patches commited to SMPP module

Hi there,

I just commited a couple of patch for the SMPP module, see these
ChangeLog entries below.

Can anybody using SMPP check with these changes in the current CVS
head tree and test the changes to reflect if there is nothing broken
due to the patches. Thanks in advance.
