I had a problem with some operators want the receiver number sent to the
smsc in different format. for example, all estonian operators accept
00372xxxx .. but one operator from outside estonia wants the number to be
372xxxx and another wants even +372xxxx ..

how have you got over this problem?

what I did - added a item to smscconn config group for converting the number
to the right format just before sending to smsc. patch is available, if
someone is interested.
