how to use the smscenter

i am a new user of the kannel,and i want to use the sms center ,but i dont know how to config the 
groups about the sms
i tried to use the fake sms group and  use the admin to send a short message but i  find i dont 
know the telephonr number of the toolkit :(
can anyone give me a example of how to use the kannel to send a message to my real mobile in detail(including how to configure the kannel and smsc sms-user group and run the admin),i have  a ADSL and a mobile and i also have a real sms center.
