Setup kannel for MMS

I want to download a MMS message (smil file) from Kannel, then I suppose that I must setup Kannel to support the smil mime-type. I want to know if somebody have tested to download a MMS message from kannel and also how should I setup Kannel to support MMS message (smil files) download? Thx in advance.
