No, it is content of a upd packet sent to port 9200 of wap proxy on
m-notification.ind or an attemp to send MMS from
Nokia 7650 
It looks like wsp packet of the 12 pdu type. I did not find in WAP-230-WSP
what this type is.
Any ideas?
